Returns and Exchanges :

Due to the unique nature of how we print our products, we do not support returns or exchanges if the customer ordered the wrong grind type, incorrect blend, or simply changed their mind. 

 

Damaged or Defective Products: 

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product or encountering a manufacturing error, we're here to help. Please contact us via email at YooperBrosCoffee@protonmail.com within 30 days of product delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and our team will assist you promptly.

 

Note:

  • For issues affecting multiple products using the same design, we may require additional photos (or videos) showing all affected items visible in one frame for confirmation.

 

Exclusions: 

Yooper Bros Coffee will not be held responsible for:

 

  • Incorrect blend.
  • Incorrect grind type.

 

Unsuccessful Deliveries:

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.
